FUSA always answers the phone. Service is personalized, and they always try to resolve any issue. Also, they respond with real data on your order and progress. I HIGHLY recommend FUSA. The only thing I wish they did is keep stock and have a service department (as an example, the pegs cannot be ordered separately, carabiners that come with it either, same with replacement cables -we want to have a spare set). They should have a service page that lists the items and allows you to order them. Still: HIGHLY recommend FUSA. Amazing machine and engineering.
