The pulleys are very smooth and so is the smith machine. Those were the things I cared about the most. Nothing about this machine feels cheap. I've used it for about 3 weeks now and I love it! I did put it together by myself so it took me about 14 hours total over a couple days. I would recommend using the instructions, plus watch a youtube tutorial video on assembling the c20 while you do it. Thats what I did and it helped a lot on a couple steps. The assembly wasn't to difficult though. An extra set of hands on a couple steps would help, but for the most part it can be done alone. Love the c20!!! Glad I bought it!

This has been a great addition to the work out gear. I have weighing options for a while and this fits our garage situation the best. Quality is great although the assembly was a little murky for the doubler plates and the feet. Overall, we’re very happy with our purchase.

Excellent equipment and service.

Shipping was a challenge but once I received it, it went together easily and I'm very happy with it.
