I took over a month to get my item

I mostly purchase apparel but have purchased other gear. Staff are polite and courteous. My only gripe is that FS is slower than others in getting orders shipped. It won't stop me from future purchases but it's something that can be improved.

Customer service was ok; they let me know the items were no longer available. But again, inventory system was inaccurate and my order was cancelled
