The customer service team is super responsive, highly educated on their products and very helpful. I've had questions at times and they were always really fast to respond with answers. When needed, they even escalated while I was on the call and had my answer within a minute or two. Great products and great people!

I’ve bought a lot of my gear and apparel at First Spear, and overall the experience has been positive. Navigating the site is difficult at times and going to the gear I want to see is sometimes difficult. The recent changes to the site have helped in some ways but challenges persist. The quality of the gear/clothing is either awesome or not so good. A lot of issues with seams coming undone is a recurring problem for me. The CS is awesome and you e always made it right if I ran into a problem. I’m a loyal customer and will be shopping at First Spear in the future. Frank
