After realizing the battery I ordered was not the right one, I was able to get a return approval, and agreed to pay the return shipping ($12) My account was refunded quickly but only for the exact cost of the item. ($39.99) While I appreciate the speediness, had I known I'd spend $24 to get $39 back, I would have kept the dqmn thing to start with. Also, I had been rerouted to this website while searching for a specific item that they don't actually carry. Probably won't ever shop here again.

quality threads, unfortunate battery performance.

Purchased 4 pairs of socks for Xmas gifts, so they have not been used yet but I was disappointed that I did not receive the 10% discount that I was offered. Asked for and adjustment but haven’t heard a response.
