Your product was good. However the vest I ordered ran small. My wife wears an extra large and the extra large vest was unwearable…way to small. Which I wasn’t extremely upset about, just exchange it right? Well the exchange process was not a great experience and I had to pay for shipping! Extra like $20. I want happy at all with the process and extra cost. We do like the product, but due to the exchange process, ie the explicit instructions and additional cost, I will probably see if I can get a similar product from Amazon first before purchasing another product from your company. Not trying to be rude, just honest and hopefully this will help improve your process.
