I like the gloves, bought a second pair for my wife. My problem, they are too hard to get on. Both pairs you can barely get your hand into them. Once in, they are fine, but they are a pain if you need to need to take them on and off. Why are they so tight at the wrist?

Your product was good. However the vest I ordered ran small. My wife wears an extra large and the extra large vest was unwearable…way to small. Which I wasn’t extremely upset about, just exchange it right? Well the exchange process was not a great experience and I had to pay for shipping! Extra like $20. I want happy at all with the process and extra cost. We do like the product, but due to the exchange process, ie the explicit instructions and additional cost, I will probably see if I can get a similar product from Amazon first before purchasing another product from your company. Not trying to be rude, just honest and hopefully this will help improve your process.
