Great overall! Jacket runs alittle small so I’m sad about that!

I got a jacket that was on close out. Said it runs small so I ordered the next size up. The heating works great, feels great. The quality of the jacket is very nice, but the sleeves are quite tight. I’m a 5ft 5 female at 118 lbs. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to put a couple of base layers beneath because of the tight sleeves, hopefully this is addressed in newer models.

It woks well, I would suggest yhta the heating system will cover the arms...

it takes 2 weeks to getan answer back from customer service
