The directions were not clear to me. Called support and figured it out. Have used 5x with excellent results. Have not used in extreme cold yet but I believe they will perform.

Bought the bigger battery to go with the heated liner that I also recently bought. Extended the runtime roughly 40% which is not bad. Haven't had a chance to really test it out in cold weather, but it does good knocking the chill off in the cool morning right now. 👍
