Fieldsheer was a amazing to deal with for my warranty claim on my vest. The customer service rep was polite and responded to my claim fast. And from the day of claim was put in and to The day of delivery of the new vest was only a couple weeks which is real fast in my opinion.

I received a pair of Fieldsheer gloves as a Christmas gift, but they were the wrong size and had a defect. I was expecting to be stuck with them, since it was a close-out item--but to my surprise, the Fieldsheer rep responded quickly to my email and sent a replacement pair immediately. The gloves soon arrived, and work great! Our entire bicycling club has become big fans of these gloves!
