I live in Minnesota and have one of your heated vests. It’s a game changer. I recently needed new batteries and I appreciate how easy it was to order and how quickly they arrived.

Work great! Started skiing at 4 degrees at 8am, left at 1pm and it was still only 14 degrees. My toes were perfect. Kept them on low for all but about 30 minutes, still had 67% battery left.

Great customer service with a faulty battery I had in a new pair of gloves.

I highly recommend the heated vest. It's easy to set up and to use, offering a few levels of heat intensity which is easy to regulate using the app. The vest kept me perfectly warm and it's not bulky which is important while playing golf since there is minimal interference - if any - with my golf swing. Customer service has also been excellent. I had to exchange to a larger size which was easy to do. Overall excellent experience!
