I was so excited to get this jacket as I live in the mountains in Washington state and our govenor has mandated that I can only serve dining guests outside. I charged the battery all the lights were lit up. The second you take the battery off the charger it will not come on. I tried it on the connector to jacket and off of it. No lights. I really need this to work. Please advise me on how we remedy this problem. I would love to give a better review.
