Wrong item sent.

Can’t get my jacket to work after the first two weeks. Also bought the ladies small socks and they are so big they won’t work with my ski boots

I received my gloves the other day everything with ordering and shipping went fine. The first glove I tried on felt weird so I tried the other one on and that one felt fine. The one that felt weird was twisted must’ve been in manufacturing. I reached out a couple days ago along with a picture and still no response or even an auto reply.

I have had quality problems, buttons frequently break and can't connect to bluetooth.

Not upfront about sizing irregularity.
