Fast ship arrived ahead of planned delivery

Replacement strap is better than the old one in a lot of ways: rubber backing stops it from slipping, and tiny holes make it more breathable. I'm glad I didn't take my old strap (which had stretched out beyond repair) apart completely, because I had to use it to figure out how to configure the new one. It took a bunch of tries, but I finally figured it out. Time will tell how the rubber clips hold up as compared to the hard plastic ones on my old strap. I'm glad a replacement was available because I love my rechargeable HL and use it as much in my day to day as I do for camping.

Service was great had a shipping issue (my fault) and was fast and easy to fix while responding immediately.
