Need some masters specific training programs
My experience is, the programs are not realistically developed for how much stress I can put on my body as a mid-50's yr old masters rider. The volume and intensity of that many sweet spot rides is just too much. I would love to see some 50+ masters specific training plans, that include year-round strength training (you have to do that if you are 50+), yoga, and a reasonable amount of training stress ramp-up over a longer period of time that is achievable.
