Terrible return policies

Had to follow up to get delivery even though I was charged immediately when order placed. Returned item, had to pay return postage. Then had to follow up to get refund. Terrible experience.

Should’ve received golf balls for free as a result of signing up for InsideGolf, but my credit card was charged instead. I have since returned the box of Srixons , but have NOT yet received a refund or my complimentary golf balls.

I appreciate the magnet, and it’s helpful to use the brush with water. However, I noticed that when I hold it upside down, the water leaks, which was unexpected. Additionally, when the grooves become too muddy, it requires some effort to clean them thoroughly.
