Buyer Beware…. . this company makes any returns extremely difficult. There is no clear path to execute a return on their website (you need to email them), their return window is tiny (2 weeks) and the don’t offer an extended return window for the the holidays. Furthermore, customer service took 4 days to get back with me because of being off for the holiday but they don’t offer that same grace to their customers.

Horrible Fit

Service fine. Design of bag poor.

No one ever got back to me after is sent an email regarding the product arriving damaged, specifically it was scratched on one side. So considering that the item showed up damaged and no one responded, I don’t think I’m really venturing to say you did pretty poorly. Don’t get me started about the other item I order. Still never got it. I’ve been emailing directly with the manufacturer. At least they responded.

Contacted, with a generic response and nothing since. Had purchased multiple items, this item not included or issue resolved. Also processing and shipping/delivery takes a while. Not impressed or satisfied by company. Not good business when there are options like Golf Galaxy, D sporting goods with both online and physical locations with competitive prices, sales, etc.
