I purchased a gift card
I purchased a gift card to be delivered via email to the intended recipient. Instead of delivering the email to the intended recipient, the system sent the gift card to my email address. The intended recipient did not receive an email. I forwarded the email I received to the intended recipient and from that point the gift card worked as it should. I assume I did something wrong, but that is an indication that the process is not as intuitive as it should be.
