I don’t understand why pre Black Friday for usual costumers was more expensive that Black Friday one week later. I bought 2 items that was 10% cheaper later on Black Friday.

Very disappointed with the quality

It's a nice and useful running pack, I've been using it for commuting to work (10km one way, with laptop on board). Unfortunately, I experience serious chaffing problems just above the waist where the waist belt is tightened to my skin. I tightened the pack to the maximum not to have the bouncing effect, but there's no way to avoid the chaffing in my case. I've been trying to get feedback and help from customer service, but their response is very slow and useless. Very disappointed by the way they do not interact with a customer looking for a constructive answer, or permission to send back the pack that does not fit me. I would therefore NOT recommend this pack to anyone, and actually neither would I recommend the brand given the apparent absence of custumer service.
