I ordered and paid, stuff got posted, postal services dropped it at my house. The same as the 500 online orders before. What else to say?

the product kept the water longer cool than the previous article, however the insulation cover came loose from the pack after a while. GREAT product though ! was used during Cape Epic SAF during 8 days stage race temperatures between 46 and 48 degrees Celcium !

Except the heavily twisted bladder tube (that still points upwards) everything fine
