I was waiting for discount to finally buy my Liforme mat. I was counting for free shipping ( that is written with big letters everywhere) and using discount code. However when I decided to buy discontent mat, on the end of the shopping I was charged shipping, and discount code I couldn’t use. I wasn’t too happy, however your very kind and helpful customer service did reply most kindness answer and return my shipping cost. I find you to be very customer oriented and the way customer service is responding is just too nice
