This is my third Liforme mat and since my first one I've improved my practice so so so much! Excellent grip and more than useful lines to keep alignment are the key elements of this mat. I strongly recommend it to whoever wants to have a consistent practice. Moreover the gratitude pink is a quite inspiring color
