So far so good. Ordering was easy

I had ordered an Enlightened Equipment quilt a few weeks in advance of a backpacking trip understanding shipping times may vary. As the date got closer I reached out to get a status update. Understandably the company was extremely busy and was behind on some orders. I was lucky enough to be helped by Brody, who personally checked on my quilt, found out my trip was coming up, and did everything in his power to get it shipped over in time. This exceeded all expectations - I felt truly cared for by an employee who went above and beyond. I will be a lifetime customer!

Brody was so helpful and communicative with my purchase. I’m getting on trail very soon and need the quilt rushed and he help facilitate that and communicated really well along the way. Really love the product as well. Thanks E.E.!
