Parcel went missing for several days and was eventually delivered. Yogatek apologised and kindly reimbursed me with the delivery cost.

I was really happy to support this small business but was very disappointed when they did not reply to my enquiry.

The customer service was great and j was able to save on delivery by collecting my item as I live near the warehouse. However the mat itself is not very good at all. It is not sticky at all, I can barely do downward dog as my hands continually slide forwards so I'm really disappointed in the product.

I asked for business account and it was only accepted 3 days later and I had to purchase something and had to purchase it as private and not business. There is a lot of asking for referral, but I haven’t received the products yet so it’s a bit hard to refer if I haven’t received products yet which I hope will arrive within 5 business days as this Saturday I have a retreat and I need the products. Also, with the amount of money I spent, other companies have sent without international charges so on that sense, I’m not sure if I will buy again from you. All my best MaryAnn

Order was delayed but got a quick response from customer services with a refund for delivery.
