This Mat is the only mat I’ve found that doesn’t slip on my my slippery wooden laminate flooring. It is fairly thin so on a hard floor you may need an additional mat on top for sit ups etc. This is what I’ve done and it works perfectly with my thicker Pilates mat on top. Would definitely recommend!
