Customer service was excellent!

I have been using my earsplintz for about 3 months now. The instructions were clear and easy. The mold came out nice. The plastic clamps feel a bit uncomfortable when I close the mold around my ear but that is probably because I didn’t trim the excess material from the mold after making it. I am new to jiu jitsu so I don’t have cauliflower ear but I bought this to try and prevent it since the wifey would prefer me not to get cauliflower. So far I really like the product. I have put the mold in the freezer and they feel really soothing after getting pounded by colored belts. They seem to be helping although maybe it’s too early to say. I can say that my ears do feel more relief when I sleep as a result of using the molds. The molds are solid and I expect that they will help if I get any trauma to the ear. I will update my review as I move up in skill and if I experience any further success or failure with the Earsplintz. For now I have to praise Earsplintz for their product and I believe it is definitely worth the purchase. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who is still considering.
