Terrible! You can't get a hold of anyone at the company! They sent me a used product instead of a new one and have yet to respond to any of my emails or calls.

Crap customer service

Have not yet heard back from them regarding my complaints.

I never received a tracking number or my order.

Ordered a spout cap... received an insulated cap instead :-( Contacted Drink Tank for resolution received an apology and was told I would have shipping info on the correct cap in 24 hours. That was 11 days ago and still no indication the product I ordered and paid for is on the way. Not particularly pleased to have received the wrong product and it's taking so long to get resolution.
