Evelyn was great from start to finish

I lead Customer Experience for a multi billion dollar company, so as you can imagine I have high standards for customer service. Evelyn Knox was responsive, thorough, and genuinely cared about my purchase. I am counting the days to receive my Dr Dish for my son and will share photos!

Ordered on Sunday, had it by Wednesday. Easy assembly, took a little bit of adjusting to get the balls to clear the net cleanly, but works great.

Customer support has been very good in the ordering process. Looking forward to receiving the machine.

The Dr. Dish is awesome and I am having such a fun time learning about all the new features that I can use to get better. There have been a couple times where my phone was having trouble connected to the machine but overall it always connected eventually. I am so happy that I got the Dr. Dish and can't wait to use it a bunch this summer to take my game to the next level. Thank you Dr. Dish!
