why does it take so long to ship

We ordered our items 30(!) days ago today. We never received any shipping info. So when I reached out to customer service via email, they replied quickly and said simply it’s going out today. Clearly someone dropped the ball… big time! No apologies, no accelerated shipping, no explanation - nada! Our water polo group insisted we use them or else I’d cancel. Shop someone where else if you can. If you have to use them, you’ll have to do a lot of work to get your items. Fingers crossed that it arrives per the UPS link. 😖
