I love the quality of the products they sell but after that I am at a loss. I wish there was an email update periodically on the status of my order...when it takes 2 months to ship an update would be nice. And then there wasnt a size reference for one of my items like there was for the others so I went and found the one for it online...at least I thought I did. when the youth speedo jacket came I should have ordered the next size up for my son and at the cost of the item plus cost of embroidery ordering again is costly! I could have called for help but the last time I did it was so rushed I felt like I was a bother and after hanging up felt more frustrated than anything else.

If there is back log for shipment, proper communication is the key and good customer service when someone calls.
