The delivery was so slow. The checkout said 4 weeks, and it took over 9. I ordered with enough time for my son to get his swimsuit by his first swim meet, and it didn’t come in until after the second, and the meets were 4 week apart. The swimsuit ordered was much too small despite measuring my child and double checking the sizes. I know they run tight, but he couldn’t pull it up past his knees. So now I need to order another one, and wait until spring for that to arrive. The pants I ordered through the swim team did not have the team name on them as advertised. The tshirt and sweatshirt are nice.

Free shipping is pretty high if you order customized items and not returnable. The price is obviously higher than other websites. Customer service is not very helpful. One good thing is shipping was fast

Well first one of my items was on back order and they were supposed to send it separately from the rest of my order. They didn’t until it had been almost a month and I contacted them. I have yet to receive the back order item and it’s been almost 2 months.

Sizing less than ideal. I got a unpersonalized sweatshirt that couldn’t be exchanged despite it being far too small.
