The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because I submitted my order online apparently with no problem. The next day, I get a phone call informing me that the item I had order was not available and they gave me the different choices I had. The response was quick and I appreciate that, but I would have appreciated even more if the website was up to date and let you know right there and then. Also, I would like them to add at least a front and back picture for all items. I was able to change the item for an almost identical one, only with cross straps, which didn’t really make a difference for my little niece.

Nice looking jacket but runs small

It was good. Only suggestion is that the size is not in its typical place. It was hard to find.
