Spoke to a representative regarding a swim parka. The young lady I spoke to answered all of my questions and advised of the size I should buy for an 11 year old. She checked several parkas in their inventory to make sure the parka I chose to buy was in stock. I bought the parka online and received it the next day. I was happy about that as the weather is colder now. I have recommended D&J Sports to other parents that are on the same swim team.

I called with questions on sizing and had great service and suggestions from the employee. He suggested I buy different sizes than I was planning on buying. He was right! I’m glad I listened. Also, the one color was out of stock for the smaller size and someone personally emailed me pack and forth until we found an adequate alternative. Very happy!
