Sweet Protection - US

Since I have been charged twice for this order, I am not very happy with this purchase. Customer service is inaccessible and non-responsive. I feel I have been stolen from and may be left with the only option to bring a small claims action against Sweet Protection.

Very bad customer service

I ordered 3 helmets through Expert Voice hoping to return 2. The way I was redirected to make my order made the fine print hard to find. When I asked to make a return I was denied and now I am stuck with 3 helmets. I work in the SAR industry and avalanche industry year round and don’t make a lot of money. Jordan Stark wouldn’t work with me at all on the return. I have to buy a lot of gear every year and cannot afford 3 helmets.
