Sweet Protection - US

The Falconer II Mips is one of my favorite helmets. I love the shape, comfort, and weight of the helmet. When comparing this helmet to other helmets, it's much more narrow and I like that. The strap triangles (under the ear) are not adjustable, but the helmet fits perfectly. My only weird complaint is the rear of the helmet tends to grab strains of rogue hairs. Not a big deal.z

Customer service has been really helpful. Shipping took the normal amount of time. I didn't get a workable tracking # until I wrote Sweet prompting them to get me one. That was one week after purchase. Other than that, very easy.

My head was in between SM and ML (22"). I choose the SM, the only selection they had at the time, at first I didn't think it fit, too small. I adjusted it all the way out and I'll tell you-What a Sweet fit! I ran around the backyard to test it out while praying for snow! My order shipped right away.

We’re a total fan of your products and our family own most of the gear that you carry, Road and mountain biking apparels, multiple helmets, sunglasses, same goes for our snow gear… love it all! We would buy more although your Canadian distribution is extremely poor ( this opinion is shared by all the shops with deal with). frustrating that I have to look for the stuffs At multiple locations or have to order from the states and pick up from the states since you are won’t deliver to Canada.. I’m hoping that this will improve..
