The pin pointer is overly sensitive to mineralized soil as the pointer keeps falsely detecting( it will keep beeping and beeping in the air). I’ve turned off the iron detection and that helped a little. I may just buy the carrot and use this pro 35 as a back up, maybe I got a defective unit?? Any way, I just want to hunt!! Detector Warehouse rocks and Jon and Mike are the best! Any questions or problems are resolved quickly!! I’ll continue to purchase from them and shipping is fast also!
