Have not received my shipment.

I purchased the heavy duty bike rack from the Delta Cycle website. Prior to the purchase I ensured that my ebikes met the minimum requirements between the fender and front tire. I purchased the rack and paid $20 to have it shipped to my residence. After receiving the rack, I assembled it and found that the rack hit my ebike's front fender supports. I called customer service and received an answering machine instructing me to leave a message or fill out the customer service form located on their website. I did both. After 1 week of no response other than the self-generated email response to submitting my form. I contacted Delta Cycle and this time I left a message on the sales department answering machine. I received a call back and I explained the issue I ran into with the rack and requested a return shipping label since I did everything I could do to ensure the rack would work with my ebikes. She told me that she would forward the request to the customer service department. I waited another week and did not receive an email or phone call so I called in again. I was advised that someone would contact me from customer service. I finally received a short email from customer service (Danielle) and was advised that Delta Cycle would not cover the return shipping and it is listed on their website. That is true that it does say that on their website, however, I did everything I could do to ensure it would fit my ebikes and expected them to do the right thing and cover return shipping. Especially since their customer service was so bad and I had to keep contacting them in an attempt to remedy the situation. I had to spend another $40 to ship the product back using the cheapest shipping method that I could find. I am now out a total of $60 in shipping charges. I guess you are just supposed to gamble that this product will work your ebike manufacturer fender supports. I would never recommend a Delta Cycle product to anyone I know due to their poor customer service and lack of empathy for a person that did all they could do to ensure their product would work. I will post my experience on every site that I find your products being offered.
