Der Kundenservice ist sehr freundlich
Der Kundenservice ist sehr freundlich und der Austausch eines falsch gelieferten Artikels lief sehr schnell. Allerdings wurde die Retoure bisher nicht bearbeitet, weshalb ich bereits angemahnt wurde, daher fehlt ein Stern. Dies kann natürlich auch am Lieferdienst liegen.

Quality product, Options needed
I bought an USWE Outlander 1.5 to keep me hydrated and store muesli bars in while I'm at work climbing and cutting trees. Though I would prefer having the option to buy (in my opinion) essential accessories such as hydrapak plug'nplay, a bite valve with a dust cover, or the magnet clip preinstalled on the website, the overall quality of the outlander is fantastic. Even fully loaded it's supremely comfortable, I don't notice it being there even if I'm wearing it for 8+ hours a time. Would buy again.
