Fantastic machine for my family!

Awesome service and timely shipping

Purchasing, shipping, packaging, assembly. All of it was excellent and thoughtful. Very rare to see such pride of ownership and attention to detail.

This was a purchase where the process went better than expected. I had a small concern that shipping out of Vermont might have a potential missed connection or some other delay. Didn't happen and in fact the shipping information was updated much quicker than on other purchases shipped from more urban areas. Can't see any way where the experience could have been better.
