The rowing machine itself is excellent; I give it 5 stars. My problem is with the packaging; it looks like the box was in a tornado. The white foam inserts inside, which prevent the components from touching each other, were all broken, so my machine arrived with dents and scratches. I had to open the fan housing to replace the metal grille that surrounds it, as it was out of place. All this after paying almost $1,000 for a machine that looks used.

You didn't accept the purchase and I haven't received my money back. Everything went very badly with you.
