Kept my phone insulated for the 4 hours I was out in -4 deg C ambient conditions! I usually carry my phone in my jacket pocket when out motorcycling but when temps drop the battery % does too. This case kept it at a safe temperature even after hours of cold wind hitting it (heat still escaped but not to kill-your-battery levels). I would like to see an improved/ more premium version of the case with hard rubber edges and a studier attachment loop on the back. The North Ridge Pouch is definitely of interest as the phone case lacks the depth for a decent-sized 20k mAh portable battery to be stored.
