We ordered two, for my wife and I. The directions were easy and we were able to put them together and use right away. Using them helps us enjoy a nice upright walk while playing golf.

I had to replace one motor because the axle broke (an unfortunate accident with the car in the garage!?!) The car is undamaged. I ordered the motor and managed the repair easily. The video was extremely helpful. I like the simplicity of this cart I like the simplicity of the GRi 1500 Li and the fact that replacement parts are available.
