This is my 2nd battery failure in 5 years so I knew the Cart-Tek system. I wish the process could happen faster (because it's painful to be without my Cart-Tek at the height of summer golf season) but it is what it is.

Received my new control board
Received my new control board and once installed, it fixed my problem with 1 wheel not turning.
Customer Service was good to work with, however surprised board went bad
