So I will say the experience I had with Campman was excellent since when I called to return a product, the person I spoke to was a fellow skier, knew just what I was talking about when I told him what my fit issue was, recommended another bib because he had a friend using them, immediately told me what they had in stock, and was polite. It was better than most in store service I receive these days. Having people that actually use the product on the phone with you makes all the difference in the world.
