I have to send back the previous item that I ordered as the medium size vest was too small for the husband and I was worried everything will take long to be processed (Refunds, return processes) but as soon as the delivery man scanned the return code I immediately got an email the next day that my refund will be processed in the next few days and it did. After that, I ordered the larger size vest and it came a week later. Everything was just smooth! Thank you for the excellent service!
