The pack itself is great. The only downside is the bladder inside. The opening of the bladder to fill is often difficult to open, as well it is a shame that the drinking hose isn't removeable like other bladders for easy cleaning and drying. The fit is good but I think the larger version would have been a little more comfortable and not as hot on warm days. I like the pack its just the small aspects of the design that keep it from being perfect.

For the delivery everything went well. I'm waiting to see if it will go well for the return of my mtb shorts.

Great transaction but shipping could be faster. I order a lot of products online from all over the world and and it usually takes less time to receive most products but still I would do business with you again in the future.
