Order 3 resistance bands at

Order 3 resistance bands at a cost of £45 which was expensive compared to other options on Amazon etc but a few CrossFit Gyms etc I have used have had bulldog equipment, so I ordered the more expensive ones with that knowledge and also assuming the product would be excellent quality at that price. Today is 15th June, I placed my order on 31st May. I then received an email on 1st June saying my order had been shipped and would be with me in between 2-5 days…sounds good. 5 full days go by and I’ve received nothing so I email their generic customer service email address with no response. The next day I do the same and about 8 hours later get an email saying the order had not been dispatched they had some issues with order bag log over the jubilee bank holiday weekend. So I was then told my order was dispatched on 6th June and kept getting emails asking for me to review the product. So again via email I chased and asked if it had been dispatched. At this point I was told (7th and again on 8th June) that it had been shipped. Fast forward to the 14th June and after not being able to get any sort of half decent customer service; some automated email replies and others direct which were unapologetic and didn’t suggest any sort of resolution or offer to try to ensure I use their products again, just again being told the order has been dispatched and will be delivered in due course. By this point on the 13th and 14th I’d sent multiple emails requesting a refund and that due to the delays but more importantly an obvious lack of regard for customer care. I do not recommend using this company. As of today I have no idea where my order is (ps the tracking number I was given throughout this process consistently didn’t work) or whether I’ll be refund. In this day and age and for a company that I can only assume relies heavily or pretty much wholly on online sales the level of customer care and service was and continues to be the worst I’ve ever experienced.

Why don’t you issue some

Why don’t you issue some assembly instructions? The ones that are with the product are ridiculously useless
