The site has no way for someone to speak with a customer service representative. My order has shown shipped for 14 days, but there has only been a label generated. I have no way of discussing or canceling an order. I have to contact my bank to dispute the charges.

Give credit to credit is due! Paid for 3 day shipping got it overnight, granted I'm in CA but I was really worried about getting it in time for Christmas so happy & thankful for finding your site! BTY the ball is awesome but my husband is better than me now that's the only problem!

Sent wrong product. Took over a week to contact me to correct the order, then didn’t send the correct amount of replacement order. (1 Item not 2). On top of all that, 3 weeks in, and still haven’t completely fixed the problem. With so many other quality on-line companies, I’ll pass on these guys next time.

I would love to rate this a 5 star but since I have yet to recieve my package and it has been 11 days since being shipped, I have to stick to a 1 star rating.

I send emails, call sometimes yet I dont get any answer from anybody. I make a order worth almost 300 dllrs and Im still waiting. Is so bad. I will present charges to the website if I dont have any response
