Return on shoes I have called and asked for label they have yet to contact me and 2 months later I’m still waiting g

My order was not complete. I ordered a pair of men's bowling shoes and a pair of women's bowling shoes. Only the men's was delivered. I emailed customer service but have not received a reply

I ordered a Columbia 300 ball, some KR strikeforce shoes size 10.5, and a Motiv Vault double ball bag (most expensive item ordered)… back on November 15 2021 (it’s now the 30th) and I only received the bag (so far). I bowl on a Monday night mixed league and have now bowled 3 weeks w/ house shoes/ball… I called them yesterday to inquire about my order and the guy I spoke with said he’d call/contact their warehouse and get back with me shortly. He never called me back and who knows where the rest of my order is.

I haven’t received my order. It’s been almost 3 weeks since I made the order.
