Bought two Global 900 bags. They are great bags that have a lot of great features. One of the bags unfortunately was missing on of the ball straps due to manufacturing. So called BowlersDeals and sent them pictures of the issue. Within a week I had another bag from the manufacturer on the way as a replacement. Good communication and great service.

Have not used the products yet, but the thumb patches seem to be what I want.

I only dealt with you all once couldn't find the certain wrist support by master but other that i enjoyed using your site.
