BoBo Balance Better

The Bobo Wobbly Balance Board was so easy to set up. After the first night of trying everything out I could feel the results in my core and legs the next morning. It wasn't super hard, just a nice gentle reminder that I actually got off my couch and got some exercise. I love how much you can customize the Bobo as you gain muscle tone. My 10 and 13 year old were able to get on and go just as quickly as I was. We have had it for less than a week and I am so excited to find a product that is fun to use while getting back into shape.

Order arrived quickly and well packaged. I didn't realize how off my balance was. Stood on the board for the first time just trying to balance, let alone play a game. I felt activation in my feet. They actually hurt after a few minutes on the board. Although I have only used the board 3 times, I am looking forward to earning my balance and foot strength through daily repetition until I have mastered this.
